The BMW 1 Series was first showin back in the year 2004 and borrown many of its design, parts and styling from the ultra popular 3-Series BMW.
The 1 Series was initially developed in order to get customers into buying a BMW while also
upgrading the features of the 3-Series.
There are two models of 1 Series vehicles produced by BMW released in 2008 with a coupe and convertible
model hitting the showrooms to the delight of customers. Actual model numbers for the cars are 128i and the
135i.
Several engines and transmissions are available for the 1 Series ranging from a 2.0L diesel to a 3.0I6 with
Twin Scroll Single Turbo. Transmissions range from the six speed auto or manual to the
seven speed double clutch.
